Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on table lamps that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the request within 14 days of receiving your order. Items that show signs of wear or have been modified are not eligible for return.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@colleenads.site with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for verification. Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund based on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items
Clearance items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return or refund. These items are considered final sale.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order separately.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@colleenads.site. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@colleenads.site for assistance.
